The collection consists of a title abstract for Lot 8, Block 138, located in the Rose City Park neighborhood of Portland, Oregon between NE Siskiyou Street, NE Stanton Street, NE 51st Avenue (formerly Aldton Avenue), and NE 52nd Avenue (formerly Orwita Avenue). The title abstract contains typescripts of documents relating to the property from 1866 until 1910. Page 60 shows a 1907 survey map of the property and its surrounding area.
