Scope and Contents
Collection consists of 29 black-and-white photographs from productions put on by Oregon Contemporary Theatre during summer residences at Lewis and Clark College from 1981 to 1983. Productions represented in the photographs include "A Doll House," "Old Times," and "Loot." Actors depicted include Wallace Shawn, Rex Rabold, Gretchen Corbett, Fred Applegate, Mary McDonnell, and Andre Gregory. The photographer is unidentified.

Historical Note
Oregon Contemporary Theatre formed in Portland, Oregon, in 1980. The company held a summer residency at Fir Acres Theatre on the Lewis and Clark College campus from 1981 to 1983. The company closed in 1985 due to a lack of funding and the need for a permanent space.
