The lithograph was part of the book "Histoire et description du Kamtchatka" (1770); the engraver's credit, just below the image, gives a date of 1769. Text on the lithograph is in French; above the image are the words "Pl. VII. Voyage du Kamtchatka / Tome I. Page 72." Below is the title "Traineau du Kamtchatka Tire Par Des Chiens."
