Photographs include images of Mark Hatfield with Mayfield Webb and Juretta Webb; staff and officers of the NAACP Federal Credit Union at 2752 N. Williams Ave. in Portland, Oregon; and presidents and members of the NAACP. Identified individuals include Otto Rutherford, Marie Smith, Lorna Marple, Sylvia Thompson, Charlotte Rutherford, Mary Kay Rowland, Bill McClendon, Ulysses Plummer, and Arie Randall.
