Collection consists of black and white copy prints of images that were taken circa 1800-1918 and used in the book "Black Pioneers of the Northwest" by Martha Anderson. Subjects include: pioneers in Laramie, Wyoming; cowboys; railroad workers; soldiers and military bands; an unidentified lawman in Cheyenne, Wyoming; and the Rev. W. O. Johnson.
