Scope and Contents

Collection consists of two albums (designated Album 604 and Album 605) containing 284 black and white and color postcards, 36 black and white photographs and one tintype, circa 1880-1908. Album 604 contains studio portraits, primarily card photographs, of unidentified members of the Ulen family. Album 605 includes souvenir postcards, 1905-1908, addressed mainly to Grace Ulen, depicting buildings, ships, and scenery in California, Utah, Arkansas, and Oregon. Also includes a postcard for the Taft/Sherman election campaign of 1908.
