Scope and Contents
Collection consists of 47 photocopies of black and white photographs and 1 photocopy of a map, 1942, of N. Crosby Ave., in the Eliot neighborhood area of Portland, Oregon, before it was razed for the extension of N. Interstate Ave. between the Broadway and Steel bridges and, later, the Memorial Coliseum. The photographs depict businesses and houses in the area; the map is of the city of Portland, with the N. Crosby area highlighted.

Original prints are held at the City of Portland Archives, Portland, Oregon.
Processing Information
This collection previously consisted of photographic prints. The prints were transferred to the Portland City Archives in 2010, and the Oregon Historical Society Research retained photocopies of the prints for reference use. Collection description was updated in August 2023 to clarify the nature of the collection.
