Matted pen and ink architectural illustration by an unidentified architect. Hand lettering at the bottom reads: "Proposed Office Building / Broadway and Oak Streets / Portland, Oregon." The illustration depicts a building with an approximately 20-story office tower, with columns along the width of the lower levels. The building was never constructed.
