Mounted black and white photograph showing three adults standing outside a house with trees in front. A handwritten note on the back of the mounting reads: "Former home of Chas. T. Tozier and family, Hillsboro, Ore. Built in 1872. The trees were set out in 1873 by Chas. T. Tozier. / This picture was taken in June, 1912. Standing on sidewalk: Edith Tozier Weatherred. Leaning against pile of shingles; Albert Tozier. / Presented to Mrs. Maggie Dobson Logan by Albert Tozier, Feb. 2, 1913."
