Scope and Contents
Collection consists of one black and white photograph showing a Douglas DC-3 airliner operated by United Airlines on the tarmac outside a United hangar. The photograph was taken from a low angle and shows the pilot looking out the window and the propellers in motion. The name "City of Portland" is painted on the side of the plane.
