Poster featuring a printed half-tone panoramic photograph of Portland, Oregon. The photograph was taken by the Haines Photo Co. of Conneaut, Ohio, circa 1908. It was taken from the east side of the Willamette River and shows the river, steamboats, bridges, and waterfront buildings on the west side of the river. Printed below the photograph at center are the words "Harbor View, City of Portland, Oregon"; printed at right are the words "Compliments of the Meier & Frank Store, Portland, Oregon."
