Scope and Contents

One album containing 362 black and white photographs, circa 1910-1924, of the construction of a diversion dam on the Clackamas River, laying of water pipes, and the construction of the Oak Grove Powerhouse on the Clackamas River. Scenes also include worker camps; equipment, particularly steam shovels; road clearing; rock slides; and construction of bridges. All images are captioned and dated.

Historical note
