Florine Finnell Freitos travel postcard albums
Scope and Contents
Collection consists of 1,137 black and white photographs and color and black and white postcards in two albums, with pesos and memorabilia, 1906-1920, collected by Florine Finnell Freitos during her travels to Cuba and Europe. Album 585 includes images of Cuban people, and Miami Beach, Florida, after a hurricane in 1926. Album 586 includes primarily postcards and other pictorial works of various towns in France, England, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Yugoslavia, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, etc., as well as images from a cruise that Freitos took to Asia, 1906-1907.
