Dorothy Scales photographic collection
Scope and Contents
Collection consists of two photographs, circa 1910-1929. One, hand colored, is a group portrait of the Mary V. Dodge Irvington School Orchestra, with their instruments; the other, black and white, is a group portrait of the Portland Junior Symphony on a stage, also with instruments. Dorothy Scales (then Dorothy Edlefsen) is among the people in the photographs but is not identified.
