Scope and Contents
Two mounted black and white photographs, circa 1880-1899, of unidentified scenes in Oregon. One shows four distant figures standing in a river that is lined with trees; a building is partly visible at the left edge of the photograph. The other photograph shows a woman, man, and child sitting on the front porch of a house, and a dog standing in the yard in the lower left corner of the image. Handwritten on the back are the words, in quotes, "J. H. Romig / Joseph, Oregon."
