Certificate, dated April 17, 1920, for Lyle V. Hendricks from the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at Oregon Agricultural College (now Oregon State University). The certificate was found between pages 128-129 of an issue of the college yearbook, "The Orange" (Vol. 4, 1911), that was donated to the Oregon Historical Society Research Library.
