Biographical note

George Warren Weatherly was a successful ice cream maker and built the Weatherly Building at East Grand and Morrison streets. The building, constructed in 1928, was the first skyscraper on Portland's east side.

George Warren Weatherly was a successful ice cream maker and built the Weatherly Building at East Grand and Morrison streets in Portland, Oregon.
