Collection of engravings originally painted by John Webber, circa 1770-1793, for Cook's Voyages, and made by various engravers. The engravings depict Alaska Native people; the Chukchi people of Russia; towns, dwellings, and people in the Kamchatka area of Russia; and Native people of the Sandwich Islands (Hawaii). Engravers credited on the prints are Mazell; B. T. Pouncy; P. Benezech; W. Sharp; Warren; S. Smith; J. Hall & S. Middiman; Woodyer; Lerpiniere; J. Record; and Taylor.
