This recording is one of 10 interviews and conversations about the Portland Art Museum that were conducted or gathered by Robert Peirce, who was then the museum's librarian, from approximately 1990 to 1993. In this interview, Sitton discusses serving as director of the Northwest Film Study Center in Portland, Oregon, now known as the PAM CUT–Center for an Untold Tomorrow, from 1973 to 1981.
