Scope and Contents
Audio recording and transcript of an oral history interview with Richard Sundeleaf that was conducted by Linda Dodds and Alfred Staehli at Sundeleaf’s home in Portland, Oregon. The interview was conducted in three sessions, from November 2-23, 1982. In this interview, Sundeleaf discusses his career as a designer and architect; talks about designing the pools at the Jantzen Beach Amusement Park; and speaks at length about his involvement with the Historic American Buildings Survey.
