Scope and Contents

In the fifth interview session, conducted on August 12, 2011, Heintzman discusses the process for settling union grievances, and describes ATU Local 757’s arbitration process. He speaks about his effort to reform the TriMet board of directors, and about using the ballot initiative process to further labor legislation. He speaks extensively about members of the Oregon State Legislature and about their views on labor legislation.
