Administrative History
Although the chapter of the American-Scandinavian Foundation in Oregon was founded as the Portland, Oregon, Chapter of the American-Scandinavian Foundation, the organization's name changed several times in the 1980s, and by 1991 was known as the Oregon-Southwest Washington Associates of American Scandinavian Foundation.
