Pendleton Round-Up
Scope and Contents
This collection includes 161 glass-plate negatives and 1,691 photographic postcards created by Wesley Andrews from 1904-1940. The bulk of the postcards feature scenic views of Idaho (including Hells Canyon) and Washington state, but rural towns in Eastern Oregon also figure prominently, among which are early views of the Pendleton Round-Up. More than 100 postcards focus on landscapes in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.
Three of Andrews' glass-plate negatives of Condon, Oregon, have copy prints that are included in the Condon folder. The collection includes no other copy prints.
