Scope and Contents
Tape 2, Side 2, through Tape 4, Side 1. A portion of this session, Tape 3, is missing. In the second interview session, conducted on December 15, 1998, Paquet discusses developments in environmental legislation and electricity production in Oregon during the 1970s. He talks about anti-nuclear activist Lloyd Marbet; shares his opinion regarding nuclear power; and speaks at length about working for the Oregon Department of Energy on the Energy Facility Siting Council in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He talks about renewable energy resources, and about working with the Bonneville Power Administration.
