In the fifteenth interview session, conducted on February 9, 1993, Atiyeh talks about the resignation of Oregon State Senator Peg Jolin at the time of the interview in 1993. He then continues discussing serving in the Oregon Senate, with a focus on the 1977 legislative session. He talks about working with lobbyists, about his staff, and about his voting record. He reflects on his legislative career and talks about his political philosophy. He discusses his 1978 campaign for Oregon governor against Governor Bob Straub, with a focus on the Republican primary.
