Gerry Frank managed a Salem, Oregon, branch of Meier & Frank from 1955 to 1965, and later served as U.S. Senator Mark Hatfield's chief of staff.

Sigmund Frank was a business partner in the Meier & Frank department store founded by Aaron Meier. His son Aaron M. Frank worked for the store and later became its president.
