Robert "Bob" Blackford Duncan in Normal, Illinois in 1920. d. was born April 29, 2011 in Portland, Oregon. He served multiple terms in the Oregon Legislative Assembly and as a U.S. congressman from Oregon. He practiced law in Portland and Medford, Oregon. He died in 2011.
