Biography

Jeffrey C. Dobbins (1967- ) graduated from Duke Univeristy School of Law with a JD in 1994. He began his legal career clerking for Chief Judge Abner Mikva and Judge David S. Tatel for the US Court of Appeal for the DC Circuit Court, and then for Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens. He then worked as an attorney for the Environment & Natural Resources Division at the US Department of Justice, from 1996-2001, then as an attorney for Perkins Coie LLP in Portland, Oregon, from 2002-2006. He has since been Assistant Professor of Law at the Willamette University College of Law.
