Abstract
Henry Sewell (1819-1869) came to Oregon in 1843 and married Mary Ann Gerrish in 1846. He was a founding member of the West Union Baptist Church in 1848. Collection includes correspondence and other documents from friends and family members regarding Sewell's marriage to Mary Ann Gerrish and other matters.
