Biography
Kenneth Allen Jernstedt (1917-2013) was born in Yamhill County, Oregon. He represented Hood River in the Oregon House of Representatives 1967-1968, Hood River and Wasco counties in the Oregon Senate 1969- 1984, and Sherman, Gilliam, Wasco, Jefferson and Wheeler counties 1985-1988.
