Oral history interview with Robert Svilar conducted by Curtis Johnson from September 10-11, 1980, as part of the Drive-in Restaurants of Portland Oral History Project. Svilar was a police officer with the Portland Police Bureau and was known as "Officer Bob the Tootsie Roll Cop" at Yaw's Top Notch drive-in restaurant in Portland, Oregon.
