Oral history interview with Ralph M. Holman conducted by Clark Hansen from February 19-27, 1998, as part of the Oregon Legislature Oral History Series. Holman was a lawyer, a judge on the Clackamas County Circuit Court, and a justice on the Oregon Supreme Court.

The Oregon Text Book Case involved a group of taxpayers in Oregon City suing to stop their school district from furnishing books for a Catholic elementary school. Collection includes legal documents presented before or issued by the Circuit Court of Clackamas County, the Oregon State Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court, including briefs, memoranda, depositions, transcripts, opinions, appeals, and judgments.
