Abstract
Collection consists primarily of engravings from sketches by William F. McIlwraith of Oregon scenes, buildings, and ships, including: "Building the 'Star of Oregon,' " the old state Capitol building in Salem, the Forestry Building in Portland, the McLoughlin house in Oregon City, the Burnside Bridge in Portland, the Battleship Oregon, the steamboat T. J. Potter, and Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood (original pen and ink sketch).
