Oregon Text Book Case court records
The Oregon Text Book Case involved a group of taxpayers in Oregon City suing to stop their school district from furnishing books for a Catholic elementary school. Collection includes legal documents presented before or issued by the Circuit Court of Clackamas County, the Oregon State Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court, including briefs, memoranda, depositions, transcripts, opinions, appeals, and judgments.
