Abstract

Frank J. Miller was a state senator from Albany in the Oregon Legislature, commissioner of the Railroad Commission of Oregon, and chairman of the Public Service Commission of Oregon, 1916-1917. Collection includes membership cards, tickets, ID cards, and other ephemera, 1904-1917; correspondence and documents, 1904-1913, regarding Masonic activities; newspaper clippings, circa 1900-1914, regarding his nomination as railroad commissioner and his Masonic activities.
